Lauren “Prophet” Girod is a poet, artist, author, and narrative designer who received her BA in English from the University of Georgia. She serves as the current editor-in-chief for Ascendency. Her poetry has previously appeared in Stillpoint, Outrageous Fortune, The Crawfish, Bardics Anonymous, and 45th Parallel. When not scrying the realms of the internet, she can be found cuddling her cat and several leopard geckos.
