An independent, volunteer-run small press based in North Carolina, was born in 2006. We publish chapbooks and occasionally full-length books. We select manuscripts through an open reading period. Manuscripts of poetry, fiction (particularly flash fiction), and creative nonfiction are welcome during this process.

Each year, we team with The Frost Place in Franconia, NH, to offer the Frost Place Chapbook Fellowship. Get information on the Frost Place Chapbook Competition, which is open to entries each October 1-January 5.
From March 15 – April 15, we accept submissions of short collections of poems, short fiction, and short memoir for Inch. Take a look at the guidelines.
From May 15 – June 15, we hold a Chapbook Open Reading Period. This reading period is open to poetry, nonfiction, and fiction.
