Author's rights
If the work is previously unpublished, the White Cresset Creative Arts Journal (hereafter referred to as “we”) asks accepted writers and artists (hereafter referred to as "you") for First World English publishing and archival rights, as well as First World Electronic Rights. All rights revert back to the author upon publication. If the work is a reprint, we ask you to grant non-exclusive reprint rights. We ask you to grant the nonexclusive right to archive the work online as long as we maintain the White Cresset website. We ask you to grant nonexclusive excerpt rights - e.g. quotes of your work in social media posts.
