CNF under 500 words

Submit an eligible article under 1500 words for publication in our Print & Digital editions. 
Articles should be previously unpublished, timely, and unique. We are a literary art-centered publication. Articles must relate to literary and visual arts or the publishing industry in some fashion. We don’t publish medical, campaign, travel, or health and nutrition articles unless they are somehow firmly centered on the aforementioned themes. We never publish affiliate marketing or sales articles. We are a print publication. Please do not include links within your text.

We want to see your paintings, drawings, Metalwork, digital art, sculptures, ceramics, woodworking, needlepoint, and quilting… we want to showcase all your creations. (No ai rendered art.)

Submit a Micro Review
The SDL Review regularly publishes reviews of new and upcoming poetry collections and chapbooks published by indie authors and presses.

Review Submissions-
We accept 275-350 word reviews and critiques of new and upcoming poetry collections and chapbooks via email and post them on our website and in the corresponding print and digital issues of the SDL Review. We do not publish hit pieces or takedowns, so please be sure that your review is fair and thoughtful, and that any criticism is delivered in a constructive manner.
There is no fee to submit and we do not pay for reviews, though we do promote the reviewer.
