Writers interested in submitting must have no more than three previous publications in other journals or magazines, and must not have published any book-length works to date. Payment is $50. If your work is accepted, ryga buys First North American serial rights and non-exclusive WWW rights. The best way to get a sense of the kind of work we are looking for is to read our back issues.
