Cover letters aren't required. Bios should be about 2-3 sentences that describe the style of art the artist does and a little bit about their life.

No specific eligibility requirements
Formatting
Submissions should be uploaded as a PDF, Google Doc, or doc.x. Each piece should be its own file, with the file title labeled the name of the piece. There are no formatting guidelines for the actual writing and poetry to allow for expression, however fonts and formatting should be intuitive and readable.
Author's rights
If chosen, The Raven’s Muse will hold first serial electronic publication and archival rights. If the works have been previously published, The Raven’s Muse asks for second electronic publication rights and archival rights. All rights revert to the artist after publication.
