Issue 1: Sacrificial Lamb

- Edit the internal and external submissions for grammar, clarity and coherence. <div>- Ensure to preserve the original voice of the author while editing.</div><div>- Provide brief feedback on each submission. </div><div>- Decide for a piece's acceptance or rejection with appropriate reasoning.</div><div><br></div>

Editor

- Design posts for Instagram, upcoming issue’s layout and future collaborations<div>- Design at least 2 posts per month (could be collabs)</div><div>- Ensure uniformity in the magazine’s overall aesthetic. </div><div><br></div>

Graphic designer

- Reach out to artists and other organizations for potential collaborations and interviews.<div>- Manage communication through email (acceptance/rejection emails)</div><div>- Conduct interviews of artists (only if mentioned in the application form)</div><div><br></div>
