Pearl Press is a one woman show. I check and select submissions, send out emails, work the social channels, create the issues both on the website and PDFs, and run Zoom lectures. I also come from a creative background in photography and writing which is why the focus lies there! Open calls release on the Instagram page first as well as any promotional posts. Issues live on the website and in downloadable PDFs also found on the site. I love receiving emails with work even if it is outside of the open call in order for me to keep it on hand!
