Our name is who we are: we want brave, bold, and fearless stories about intrepid culture! In 2024, we launched the Intrepid Award for Intrepidus Ink authors, in addition to nominating authors for awards like BOTN, Pushcart, and more. We don’t take erotica, poetry, children’s fiction, nonfiction, or horror (we’re not a market for tragedies or fear because we promote fearlessness). We seek excellent flash and short fiction about alarmingly individual characters who work through danger, struggle, and emotion to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals victoriously.
