Email submissions should include: -A 50-75 word Biography (Bios longer than this will be brought down to 75 words) -An (optional) Headshot. Please send a high resolution photograph (these are included with the web-based version of Issue releases -As we follow a blind submission process, DO NOT include identifiers in your docs!

Check your attachments! You’d be surprised how many people submit with a dead link or an unviewable attachment Do not send multiple attachments for the same genre (if you submit 5 poems, do not submit 5 word docs)
Author's rights
If your work is accepted by Dark Onus Lit you will receive a fancy Acceptance Letter along with the terms of your acceptance via email. This includes- offering to showcase your work in an upcoming Issue release, confirming availability of said work, and dialoguing about any suggested edits the DOL editors may have for the work. Once the work/edits are confirmed, DOL will reach out closer to Issue release regarding a launch date.
