  PLEASE include a sentence explaining how your submission related to the stated theme for the issue to which you are submitting. Pieces not related to the theme for the issue will be rejected. Keep you biography brief.

• Eligibility

  18+
  Submissions are open to everyone over the age of 18. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES Please note: Profanity should appear in the piece only when it adds to the impact or authenticity of the piece. No hate: nothing that disparages people for things they cannot help like weight, gender, sexual orientation, pronouns, etc. This is not the place to complain that you don’t like something. If your piece is off-topic it will not be accepted no matter how wonderful it is. Please be mindful of the themes. Same goes for length. Please be mindful of word counts/length for videos, etc. as they are indicated in the call. We do not discuss why pieces are, or are not, accepted. If your piece is not chosen we simply state: this is not the piece we are looking for at this time. Know your publication: you will do better submitting to Instant Noodles if you have read a recent issue.

  1st No. American serial rights--- once published, ownership reverts to author.

  Devil’s Party Press LLC began because we believed that there should be someone publishing older writers who had never been published before. The vision has expanded to include writers of all ages and backgrounds. Authors chosen for print anthologies receive: $25 check, free copy of print book, and may be chosen for award nomination for Pushcart and Best Small Fictions, among others
